A pipe liner bag which meets all required characteristics, and a method of manufacturing such a pipe liner bag are provided. The pipe liner bag comprises a tubular resin-absorbent material impregnated with a hardenable resin, and a plastic film covering the outer surface of the tubular resin-absorbent material, wherein the plastic film is formed of a tubular multi-layer composite film having a five-layer structure comprising a surface film layer, a thermally reactive bonding film layer, an intermediate film layer, a thermally reactive bonding film layer, and a meltable coupling film layer. The multi-layer composite film has an integral five-layer structure including the surface film layer and the meltable coupling film layer bonded on the opposing surfaces of the intermediate film layer through the thermally reactive bonding film layers such that required characteristics are allotted to the respective layers, thereby making it possible to provide a pipe liner bag which meets all the required characteristics.

Cette invention concerne un manchon de revêtement intérieur pour canalisations enterrées et la méthode de fabrication correspondante. L'objet de l'invention présente toutes les caractéristiques requises et se compose d'un matériau tubulaire en résine absorbante imprégné de résine durcissable et revêtu d'une pellicule plastique extérieure. Cette pellicule est un composite multi-couches dont les 5 couches sont les suivantes : couche extérieure, couche thermoadhésive, couche intermédiaire, une autre couche thermoadhésive et une couche de couplage thermofusible. Cette pellicule composite multi-couches intégrée compte une couche extérieure et une pellicule de couplage thermofusible liaisonnée aux faces opposées d'une couche intermédiaire au moyen de deux couches de matériau thermoadhésif. Cet assemblage permet à chaque couche de conserver les caractéristiques exigées, ce qui donne un manchon de revêtement intérieur de canalisations enterrées qui présente toutes les caractéristiques requises.
