To provide a motorcycle that can support auxiliaries other than an ABS modulator without involving an increased number of parts used. A motorcycle includes an ABS modulator disposed downwardly of a seat, a first bracket fixed onto a side of a vehicle body frame and mounted with a second control valve, and a second bracket supported on the first bracket and fixed on the vehicle body frame, and mounted with the ABS modulator and a first control valve.
