The invention relates to a composite container (1), comprising a form- retaining outer container (2) and a flexible inner container (3) received therein, which inner container comprises a dispensing opening (4) which is mounted in a neck (5) of the outer container, wherein the inner container is further connected by an adhesive or weld connection (8) over (a part of) its periphery to the outer container. The adhesive or weld connection can take the form of an adhesive strip or a weld extending transversely of, parallel to or at a non-right angle to a longitudinal axis (L) running from the dispensing opening to an opposite bottom (9) of the container. The adhesive or weld connection can be adapted to detach in controlled manner under the influence of pressures occurring in the container. The invention further relates to a method for manufacturing a composite container, wherein the inner container is connected over (a part of) its periphery thereto by means of adhesion or welding.
L'invention porte sur un contenant composite (1) comprenant un contenant externe conservant sa forme (2) et un contenant interne souple (3) reçu à l'intérieur de celui-ci, ce contenant interne comprenant une ouverture de distribution (4) qui est montée dans un col (5) du contenant externe, le contenant interne étant de plus relié au contenant externe par un élément d'assemblage adhésif ou soudé (8) sur (une partie de) sa périphérie. L'élément d'assemblage adhésif ou soudé peut se présenter sous la forme d'une bande adhésive ou d'une soudure s'étendant transversalement, parallèlement à ou au niveau d'un angle non droit par rapport à un axe longitudinal (L) s'étendant de l'ouverture de distribution à un fond opposé (9) du contenant. L'élément d'assemblage adhésif ou soudé peut être conçu pour se détacher d'une façon contrôlée sous l'influence de pressions se produisant dans le contenant. L'invention porte de plus sur un procédé de fabrication d'un contenant composite, le contenant interne qu'il comprend étant relié sur (une partie de) la périphérie de celui-ci par adhérence ou soudage.
