ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A dispensing apparatus comprising a product bin for storing the food product, and a regulator for controlling the flow of the food product. Extending through an aperture in the front of the apparatus is a raking member, by which the product may be manipulated along an inclined front panel into a dispensing unit. The product may then be dispensed by operation of a hinged and weighted front door, which form a dispensing spout when opened. The dispensing apparatus may further comprise a funnel assembly which acts in concert with the regulator panel to control the speed of the food product entering into the product bin.
