The present invention relates to a device for the partial coating of the component (12), particularly for the coating of components of a gas turbine or an aircraft engine, wherein the device (10) comprises at least one base receptacle (14) for at least partially receiving the component (12) and a first partial region (20) of the component (12) not to be coated, and further comprises at least one plate-shaped cover (16) that can be positioned in the base receptacle (14), and wherein the cover (16) comprises at least one recess or opening (18) for a second partial region (22) of the component (12) to be coated to pass through, wherein the shape of the recess or opening (18) corresponds to the profile of the component (12) in the region between the partial region not to be coated and the partial region to be coated (20, 22). The invention further relates to a method for the partial coating of a component (12), particularly for the coating of components of a gas turbine or an aircraft engine, and to the use of the device (10) according to the invention and of the method according to the invention, and to a component of a gas turbine or an aircraft engine, which is produced using the device (10) and/or the method described.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de revêtement partiel d'un élément (12), notamment de revêtement d'éléments d'une turbine à gaz ou d'un groupe motopropulseur, ce dispositif (10) comportant au moins un logement de base (14) destiné au logement au moins partiel de l'élément (12) et d'une première zone partielle (20) ne devant pas être revêtue de l'élément (12), ainsi qu'au moins un couvercle (16) en forme de plaque pouvant être placée dans le logement de base (14), ce couvercle (16) présentant au moins un évidement ou une ouverture (18) pour le passage d'une deuxième zone partielle (22) à enduire de l'élément (12). Selon l'invention, la forme de l'évidement ou de l'ouverture (18) correspond au profil de l'élément (12) dans la zone située entre les zones partielles (20, 22) ne devant pas être revêtue et à enduire. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de revêtement partiel d'un élément (12), notamment de revêtement d'éléments d'une turbine à gaz ou d'un groupe motopropulseur, sur l'utilisation du dispositif (10) de l'invention, sur l'application du procédé de l'invention, sur un élément de turbine à gaz ou de groupe motopropulseur fabriqué au moyen du dispositif (10) et/ou selon le procédé décrit.
