A cutting tool comprising a holder and a cutting insert mounted therein. A second bore of the holder extends downwardly from an insert receiving pocket. A third bore extends rearwardly from the second bore and opens into a fourth bore. A locking pin inserted in the second bore protrudes upwardly into the first through bore. A protrusion extends rearwardly from an upper portion of the locking pin. A rearwardly facing groove in a lower portion of the locking pin is co-aligned with the third bore. A plunger is received in the third bore. A forward portion of the plunger is in contact engagement with the groove. A rear portion of the plunger has a first engagement surface transversely directed to a first axis of the plunger. A clamping member, engaged in the fourth bore and having a second engagement surface, is in contact engagement with the first engagement surface.
La présente invention concerne un outil de coupe comprenant un support et un insert de coupe monté dans ce dernier. Un deuxième alésage du support s'étend vers le bas à partir d'une poche de réception d'insert. Un troisième alésage s'étend vers l'arrière à partir du deuxième alésage et donne dans un quatrième alésage. Une tige de blocage insérée dans le deuxième alésage déborde vers le haut dans le premier alésage traversant. Un élément en saillie s'étend vers l'arrière à partir d'une partie supérieure de la tige de blocage. Une rainure orientée vers l'arrière dans une partie inférieure de la tige de blocage est co-alignée par rapport au troisième alésage. Un piston vient se loger dans le troisième alésage. Une partie avant du piston est en contact avec la rainure. Une partie arrière du piston présente une première surface de mise en prise dirigée de manière transversale par rapport à un premier axe du piston. Un élément de serrage, en prise avec le quatrième alésage et présentant une deuxième surface de mise en prise, est en contact avec la première surface de mise en prise.
