The present invention relates to targeting molecules which are useful to specifically target an adenoviral particle to a desired cell type. These targeting molecules comprise a soluble adenoviral receptor domain, a trimerization domain, and a targeting ligand domain. Further provided are polynucleotides encoding such targeting molecule, expression vectors including such polynucleotides, and methods to target an adenoviral particle to a cell, as well as methods to deliver a heterologous gene selectively to a cell.
L'invention concerne des molécules de ciblage utilisées pour cibler spécifiquement une particule adénovirale en direction d'un type de cellule désiré. Lesdites molécules de ciblage comprennent un domaine soluble de récepteur adénoviral, un domaine de trimérisation, et un domaine de ligand de ciblage. L'invention concerne également des polynucléotides codant pour ces molécules de ciblage, des vecteurs d'expression notamment lesdits polynucléotides, et des méthodes permettant de cibler une particule adénoviral en direction d'une cellule ainsi que des méthodes permettant de distribuer sélectivement un gène hétérologue en direction d'une cellule.
