The invention concerns a device for non-destructive testing of a component (4) by analyzing radiation dissipation when the component is stressed by mechanical stresses. Said device comprises measuring means for determining a surface radiation field of the component. The measuring means are integrated in a flexible housing (2) for covering a region of the surface of the component (4) to be tested. Said device enable an initial crack upon stress concentration on a surface of the component and the presence of a crack (5) upon propagation of said crack to be detected. The invention is useful for non-destructive testing of aircraft components, but may be used in all industrial sectors where testing the integrity of components is important, such as the automotive, railway, marine and nuclear industries.
L'objet de l'invention concerne un dispositif de contrôle non destructif d'une pièce (4) par analyse de dissipation de rayonnement lorsque la pièce est sollicitée par des contraintes mécaniques. Ce dispositif comprend des moyens de mesure aptes à déterminer un champ de rayonnement de surface de la pièce. Les moyens de mesure sont intégrés dans un support souple (2) destiné à venir couvrir une zone de la surface de la pièce (4) à contrôler. Ce dispositif permet de détecter l'amorce d'une fissuration lors de la concentration de contrainte sur une surface d'une pièce et la présence d'une fissure (5) lors de la propagation de cette fissure. La présente invention trouve des applications pour le contrôle non destructif (CND) des pièces d'aéronef, mais peut être utilisée dans tous les secteurs industriels où le contrôle de l'intégrité des pièces est important, tels que l'automobile, le ferroviaire, la construction navale ou le nucléaire.
