One aspect of this invention embodies a method of messaging upon a network involving at least one physician, at least one patient and a workflow engine. Each physician operates a computer from time to time capable of receiving and sending messages upon the network at a corresponding address on the network. Each patient operates a computer from time to time capable of receiving and sending messages upon the network at a corresponding address on the network. The workflow engine accesses the network for receiving and sending messages upon the network at a workflow engine address on the network. The method comprises using a first medical message wizard by the patient on the patient operated computer, a medical profiler process performed by the workflow engine and a second medical message wizard by the first physician on the physician operated computer at the first corresponding physician address.
L'invention porte, selon une réalisation, sur un procédé de messagerie sur un réseau impliquant au moins un médecin, au moins un patient et un moteur d'enchaînement. Chaque médecin se sert de temps à autre d'un ordinateur capable d'échanger des messages sur le réseau avec une adresse correspondante du réseau. Chaque patient se sert de temps à autre d'un ordinateur capable d'échanger des messages sur le réseau à une adresse correspondante du réseau. Le moteur d'enchaînement intervient dans le réseau également pour échanger des messages dans le réseau en utilisant une adresse du moteur d'enchaînement du réseau. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser, au niveau du patient, un premier assistant de messages médicaux s'exécutant sur l'ordinateur du patient, un profileur médical effectué par le moteur d'enchaînement et, au niveau du premier médecin, un second assistant de messages médicaux s'exécutant sur l'ordinateur du médecin au niveau de la première adresse correspondante du médecin.
