A process for producing aromatic or heteroaromatic hydroxylamines of the general formula (I) in which R1 is an unsubstituted or substituted aryl radical or an unsubstituted or substituted hetaryl radical from the pyridine or quinoline group, by hydration of nitro compounds of the general formula (II) R1-NO2 in which R1 has the above meaning, in the presence of a platinum catalyst on an active carbon carrier or in the presence of a sulphur or selenium-doped palladium catalyst on an active carbon carrier, process in which the reaction is conducted in the presence of a morpholine compound substituted at the nitrogen atom of the general formula (III) in which R2 are alkyl radicals with 1 to 5 carbon atoms and R3 to R10 are hydrogen atoms or alkyl radicals with 1 to 5 carbon atoms.

Procédé de production d'hydroxylamines aromatiques ou hétéroaromatiques, de formule générale (I), dans laquelle R?1¿ représente un reste aryle non substitué ou substitué ou un reste hétaryle non substitué ou substitué provenant du groupe de la pyridine ou de la quinoléine, par hydrogénation de composés nitro de formule générale (II) R?1¿-NO¿2?, dans laquelle R?1¿ a la signification donnée ci-dessus, en présence d'un catalyseur au platine sur support de charbon actif, ou en présence d'un catalyseur au palladium dopé au soufre ou au sélénium, sur support de charbon actif, procédé selon lequel la réaction est réalisée en présence d'un composé morpholine substitué à l'atome d'azote, de formule générale (III), où R?2¿ désigne des restes alkyle de 1 à 5 atomes de carbone et R?3¿ à R?10¿ désignent des atomes d'hydrogène ou des restes alkyle de 1 à 5 atomes de carbone.
