The invention relates to granules containing at least one plant substance, characterized in that they each comprise a neutral core, which has a grain size of between 200 and 4 000 µm and which is coated with a layer containing the plants substance, combined with a pharmaceutically suitable excipient. The inventive granules can be produced from a plant substance in a dried form (a plant powder or dry extract) or a liquid form (a fluid or soft extract), by grossing by powdering or by pulverization.
