The invention relates to a covering membrane for regeneration of tissue and/or bone. Said covering membrane has at least three layers, the two outer layers both consisting of a natural material, and at least one layer arranged therebetween and consisting of at least one synthetic material. The invention also relates to moulded bodies produced from said membrane, uses of the membrane according to the invention, and a process for the production thereof. Said covering membrane and the moulded bodies produced therefrom have an excellent level of biocompatibility, mechanical stability and checkable degradation and resorption kinetics.
L'invention concerne une membrane de recouvrement servant à la régénération de tissus et/ou d'os. Ladite membrane de recouvrement comporte au moins trois couches, les deux couches extérieures étant constituées d'une matière naturelle, et au moins une couche, constituée d'au moins une matière syntéthique, étant disposée entre ces deux couches. L'invention concerne également des corps moulés produits à partir de ladite membrane, des utilisations de la membrane selon l'invention, et un procédé de production de celle-ci. Ladite membrane de recouvrement et les corps moulés produits à partir de celle-ci présentent une excellente biocompatibilité, une stabilité mécanique, et des propriétés cinétiques de dégradation et de résorption contrôlables.
