The invention relates to a device for cutting fruit and vegetables, particularly onions, comprising a cutting part (3) provided with several blades (2) and a counter part (4) against which the cutting part (3) is pressed in order to cut an item (1). The counter part (4) comprises a stamp (5) which presses the item to be cut (1) through the cutting part (3) or blades (2) thereof. A container (6) is detachably arranged in the region of the blades (2) on the side of the cutting part (3) facing away from the counter part (4).

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour couper des fruits et des légumes, notamment des oignons, ce dispositif comportant une partie coupante (3) dotée de plusieurs lames (2) et une partie antagoniste (4), contre laquelle la partie coupante (3) est pressée pour couper le produit (1), la partie antagoniste (4) comprenant une matrice (5) qui presse le produit (1) à travers la partie coupante (3) et ses lames (2). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le produit coupé (1) est réceptionné dans un contenant (6) disposé amovible sur la face opposée à la partie antagoniste (4) de la partie coupante (3), dans la zone des lames (2).
