An ozone restoration device for automatically or manually releasing ozone delivered to ozone layer in liquid condition by different type of transporting devices such as balloons, aircraft, rocket or missile. An ozone restoration device consists of a tank of liquid ozone, a electric on/off valve connected to a pressure measurement devise or radio receiver through a electrical relay and a battery. A pressure measurement devise or radio receiver sends a signal to a electrical relay which turns electric on/off valve and releases liquid ozone in ozone layer.
