A safety packing for a product to be exhibited, for example, a CD packing, comprising a housing (1) for keeping the product, with an opening for inserting or removing the product and a locking mechanism comprising a frame part (5) which is securely connected with the housing and a locking element (16) to be moved between two positions, namely a locking position where the product may be prevented from being moved into and from the housing, and an open position where the product may be moved into and from the housing, wherein the locking element is pushed through a spring (26) in the direction of the open position, and a retainer (32) which is movable between a retaining position and a release position, which retainer is pushed in the retaining position through a spring (34), wherein the retainer in the retaining position secures the locking element when this latter is in the locking position relative to the frame part, which retainer can be moved against the spring load through a magnetic force towards the release position in order to let the locking element move freely, wherein the locking mechanism is provided with an opening (45) and the retainer can therefore only be shifted from the retaining position to the release position in such a way that this may only occur using a magnetic force generated by a magnet or a magnetized element located in the opening.
Cette invention concerne un emballage de sécurité pour un produit à l'étalage, tel qu'un disque compact. Cet emballage est constitué par un boîtier (1) de rangement avec une ouverture pour mise en place ou et retrait du produit et un mécanisme de fermeture comprenant une partie châssis (5) reliée solidement au boîtier et un élément de verrouillage (16) qui se déplace entre deux positions : une position de verrouillage dans laquelle il n'est pas possible d'introduire le produit dans son boîtier ou de l'en extraire, et une position d'ouverture rendant lesdites opérations possibles. L'élément de verrouillage est poussé par un ressort (26) sur la position d'ouverture, cependant qu'un arrêtoir (32), qui peut être déplacé entre une position de retenue et une position de libération, est amené sur la position de retenue par un ressort (34). Dans cette position, l'arrêtoir maintient l'élément de verrouillage sur verrouillage par rapport au châssis. L'arrêtoir peut vaincre la charge du ressort grâce à une force magnétique qui le fait passer sur la position de libération, ce qui libère l'élément de verrouillage de se déplacer librement. Comme le mécanisme de fermeture est muni d'une ouverture (45), l'arrêtoir ne peut passer de la position d'arrêt à la position de libération que sous l'effet de la force magnétique produite par un aimant ou par un élément aimanté logé dans l'ouverture.
