The present invention relates to prostate cancer markers, compositions comprising such markers, and methods of using such markers to induce or increase an immune response against prostate cancer. An immune response against the markers correlates with an immune response, in particular a humoral immune response, against prostate cancer cells which immune response is preferably associated with prophylaxis of prostate cancer, treatment of prostate cancer, and/or amelioration of at least one symptom associated with prostate cancer.
La présente invention concerne des marqueurs du cancer de la prostate, des compositions comprenant de tels marqueurs, et des procédés dutilisation de tels marqueurs pour induire ou augmenter une réponse immunitaire contre le cancer de la prostate. Une réponse immunitaire contre les marqueurs est corrélée avec une réponse immunitaire, notamment une réponse immunitaire humorale, dirigée contre les cellules du cancer de la prostate, ladite réponse immunitaire étant de préférence associée à la prophylaxie du cancer de la prostate, au traitement du cancer de la prostate et/ou à lamélioration dau moins un symptôme associé au cancer de la prostate.
