Compositions useful as adjuvants for agricultural chemical formalutions are comprised of a lower alkanol ester of a fatty acid and an emulsifier package. The emulsifier package is comprised of a nonionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of an ethoxylated castor oil, an alkoxylated castor oil, an ethylene-propylene block copolymer, and ethoxylated-propoxylated alkyl phenol, an ethoxylated sorbitan fatty acid ester, a sorbitan fatty acid ester and an anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of an ethoxylated partial phosphate ester, alkyl sulfate, and alkyl ether sulfate, a branched alkyl benzene sulfonate, a linear alkyl benzene sulfonate and an alpha olefin sulfonate. The adjuvants exhibit particularly good electrolyte tolerance and are stable to hard water when used in combination with fertilizers.
Compositions utiles en tant qu'adjuvants de formulations chimiques agricoles et contenant un ester d'alkanol inférieur d'un acide gras et un ensemble émulsifiant. Cet ensemble émulsifiant est composé d'un tensioactif non ionique sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par une huile de ricin éthoxylée, une huile de ricin alkoxylée, un copolymère bloc d'éthylène-propylène, un phénol d'alkyle éthoxylé-propoxylé, un ester d'acide gras de sorbitan éthoxylé, un ester d'acide gras de sorbitan et un tensioactif anionique sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par un ester de phosphate partiel éthoxylé, un sulfate d'alkyle, un sulfate d'alkyle éther, un sulfonate d'alkyl benzène ramifié, un sulfonate d'alkyle benzène linéaire et un sulfonate d'alpha oléfine. Ces adjuvants présentent une tolérance élevée aux électrolytes et une stabilité à l'eau dure quand on les utilise avec des engrais.
