The invention relates to a method for producing tiles (100) or shaped parts (200) consisting of polyurethane plastic foam. According to the invention, natural and/or artificial rock meal with a particle sieve size between 1.0 and 250 µm is added to said polyurethane plastic foam. The constituents are reacted and caused to foam in a heatable mould, a temperature between 20 ~C and 80 ~C being maintained during this process. Through foaming, the mixture is exposed to a pressure between 2 MPa and 14 MPa in the mould until it reaches a density of between 80 kg/m3 and 2000 kg/m3.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de panneaux (100) ou de pièces moulées (200) en mousse de polyuréthane à laquelle est ajoutée de la roche naturelle ou artificielle pulvérisée, de grandeur particulaire de tamisage comprise entre 1,0 et 250 µm. Les constituants sont mis à réagir et sont placés dans un moule pouvant être chauffés en vue de l'opération de moussage, une température de l'ordre de 20 à 80 ·C étant maintenue. Le mélange est exposé sous l'effet du moussage dans le moule à une pression comprise entre 2 et 14 MPa, jusqu'à obtention d'une masse volumique comprise entre 80 et 2000 kg/m?3¿.
