The present invention provides reagents for use in an automated environment for cell conditioning of biokogical samples wherein the cells or tissues are predisposed for access by reagent molecules for histochemical and cytochemical staining procedures. The reagents comprise components optimized to facilitate molecular access to cells and cell constituents within the biological sample. The present invention also provides reagents for use in an automated enviromnent for removing or etching embedding media by exposing a biological sample to be stained in histochemical or cytochemical procedures without the dependence on organic solvents. The reagents comprise components optimized to facilitate removal or etching of the embedding media from the biological sample.
La présente invention porte sur des réactifs destiné à être utilisés dans un environnement automatisé pour le conditionnement de cellules d'échantillons biologiques, ces cellules ou tissus étant prédisposés pour accueillir des molécules de réactif dans des interventions de coloration histochimiques et cystochimiques. Les réactifs comprennent des composants optimisés de façon à faciliter l'accès des molécules aux cellules et aux constituants des cellules dans l'échantillon biologique. Cette invention porte également sur des réactifs destinés à être utilisés dans un environnement automatisé pour effectuer le retrait ou l'attaque chimique des milieux d'inclusion en exposant un échantillon biologique à colorer dans des interventions histochimiques et cystochimiques sans dépendre de solvants organiques. Les réactifs comprennent des composants optimisés de façon à faciliter le retrait ou l'attaque chimique des milieux d'inclusion de l'échantillon biologique.
