The pressure monitoring guide wire (1) comprises an elongated tube (1) made of one piece of elastic Nickel Titanium alloy. The distal end portion (3) of tube (1) has transverse openings (6) formed through wall (5) of tube (1) for the entry of pressure waves into lumen (4). The distal end portion (3) of tube (1) which encompasses the openings (6), is malleable. A thermal treatment is made to the distal end portion (3) of a guide wire formed of an elongated tube (1) of one piece of elastic Nickel Titanium alloy having a distal end portion (3) with transverse openings (6).
La présente invention a pour objet un fil de guidage et de mesure de la pression (1) formé d'un tube de forme allongée (1) fabriqué d'une seule pièce d'un alliage élastique de nickel et de titane. L'extrémité distale (3) du tube (1) comporte des ouvertures transversales (6) pratiquées à travers la paroi (5) du tube (1) et permettant l'entrée des ondes de pression dans la lumière (4). L'extrémité distale (3) du tube (1), qui comporte les ouvertures transversales (6), est malléable. Un traitement thermique est appliqué à l'extrémité distale (3) d'un fil de guidage formé d'un tube de forme allongée (1) d'une seule pièce d'un alliage élastique de nickel et de titane dont l'extrémité distale (3) comporte des ouvertures transversales (6).
