The invention relates to a detection system comprising: a) a support (components (a) and (b)), at least one detection unit (component (b)), preferably a nucleic acid, bonded to the support, wherein said detection unit (component (b)) includes a region (A) having a constant structure and a region (B) adjacent to region (A) having a variable structure. The invention also relates to a method for separating individual components in a sample, wherein at least one detection unit (component (b)) that is bonded to the support is bonded to at least one component of the sample under appropriate conditions. The invention further relates to the utilization of the inventive detection system and method for locating and/or identifying or characterizing nucleic acids and/or proteins in a sample or for locating and/or identifying cellular or artificial binding partners.
L'invention concerne un système de détection comprenant un support (composante a) et au moins une unité de détection (composante b), de préférence un acide nucléique, liée au support et contenant une région (A) à structure constante et une région (B) à structure variable, voisine de la région (A). L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la séparation de constituants individuels d'un échantillon, dans lequel on lie au moins un constituant de l'échantillon à au moins une unité de détection (composante b) liée à un support dans des conditions appropriées. L'invention concerne enfin l'utilisation du système de détection et du procédé selon l'invention pour détecter, identifier ou caractériser des acides nucléiques ou des protéines d'un échantillon ou bien pour détecter ou identifier des partenaires de liaison cellulaires ou artificiels.
