A method, device and kit for performing multiple hair transplant grafts are disclosed. The device includes a plurality of cutters adapted to make a pattern of incisions in the tissue to receive the grafts. A dilator device preferably comprises interengaging plates. A first plate (512) includes a number of downwardly extending spikes (520) for extension through a number of downwardly extending hollow catheters (528) of a second plate (522). The first (540) and second (522) plates are pressed together with the interengaging spikes and catheters to define dilators of a pattern corresponding to the pattern of incisions. The dilators are inserted into the incisions and the first plate is removed, leaving the hollow catheters of the second plate in the tissue. A third plate filled with hair grafts is sleeved into or aligned with the catheters of the first plate. The hair grafts are pressed downward through the third plate, through the first plate catheters, into the tissue. The kit includes the incision device and dilator device.
L'invention concerne un procédé, un dispositif et un kit permettant de réaliser diverses greffes de cheveux. Le dispositif comporte une pluralité d'organes de coupe conçus pour dessiner un motif d'incisions dans les tissus destinés à recevoir les implants. Un dispositif dilatateur comprend de préférence, des plaques emboîtables. Une première plaque (512) comporte un certain nombre de pointes (520) s'étendant vers le bas, destinées à s'étendre dans un certain nombre de cathéters creux (528) s'étendant vers le bas d'une deuxième plaque (522). La première (540) et la deuxième (522) plaques sont plaquées l'une contre l'autres, les pointes s'emboîtant dans les cathéters de manière à définir des dilatateurs selon un motif correspondant au motif des incisions. Les dilatateurs sont insérés dans les incision et on retire la première plaque, laissant ainsi les cathéters creux de la deuxième plaque dans les tissus. Une troisième plaque remplie d'implants capillaires est glissée dans les cathéters de la première plaque ou alignée par rapport à ces derniers.
