The invention relates to processes for characterising the sites of interaction between a Ligand Y and a Target X, comprising the steps of (1) inputting information on the chemical/physical properties of at least two targets of the type X; (2) inputting information on the chemical/physical properties of at least two ligands of the type Y; (3) inputting information on the interactions between at least two of the targets of type X with at least two of the ligands of type Y; and then correlating the information from steps 1, 2 and 3 using one or more multivariate methods in order to produce a model of the interaction between the Ligand Y and Target X, from which the sites of interaction may be identified and/or characterised.
L'invention concerne des procédés de caractérisation de sites d'interaction entre un ligand Y et une cible X. Ces procédés comprennent les étapes consistant à (1) entrer des informations sur les propriétés chimiques/physiques d'au moins deux cibles du type X; (2) entrer des informations sur les propriétés chimiques/physiques d'au moins deux ligands du type Y; (3) entrer des informations sur l'interaction entre au moins des cibles du type X avec au moins deux ligands du type Y; et mettre ensuite en corrélation les informations recueillies au cours des étapes 1, 2 et 3 au moyen d'une ou de plusieurs procédés multicritères de façon à créer un modèle d'interaction entre le ligand Y et la cible X, les sites d'interaction pouvant être identifiés et/ou caractérisés à partir de ce modèle.
