A bandage for legs, arms, hands, feet, hips, back, neck, shoulders or head made in any shape from a breathable thermal fleece material. The fleece bandage's function is to provide therapeutic warmth and support to muscles and joints to increase circulation and reduce pain. This is done be encircling said body part with thermal fleece. A wrap is constructed from fleece and is secured by means of stitching or a fastening device such as velcro, tape, pins or clips.
