It is possible to provide smooth communication between a PoC system as a semi-double communication system and a general telephone as a full-double communication system by solving the difference between the basic communication concepts. The communication is realized by a communication system including: a communication control device for performing conversion between a communication control signal applied in a telephone network and a communication control signal applied in the PoC system; and a voice signal processing device for performing conversion between the full-double voice signal applied in the telephone network and the semi-double voice signal applied in the Poc system.

Selon la présente invention on peut assurer des communications sans problème entre un système PoC (Push-to-Talk over Cellular : <=talkie-walkie >= sur cellulaire) utilisé comme système de communication partiellement bidirectionnel et un téléphone standard utilisé comme système de communication pleinement bidirectionnel en résolvant la différence entre les concepts de communication de base. La communication est réalisée par un système de communication comprenant, d'une part, un dispositif de commande de communication pour réaliser une conversion entre un signal de commande de communication appliqué à un réseau téléphonique et un signal de commande de communication appliqué au système PoC et, d'autre part, un dispositif de traitement de signal vocal conçu pour effectuer une conversion entre le signal vocal entièrement bidirectionnel propre au réseau téléphonique et le signal vocal partiellement bidirectionnel propre au système PoC.
