The capsule (1) comprises a cup body (2), with a bottom wall (2f) on which is a separating structure (3) with a plurality of spokes (4), defined between which are corresponding interspaces (5). The bottom wall (2f) has in its central portion a plurality of drink exit openings (6) which are not aligned with the slopes (4). A first filter sheet (7) is arranged on the separating structure (3) in such a way that a plurality of brewing chambers is defined between the first filter sheet (7), the spoked structure (3) and the bottom wall (2f). A quantity of powdered or granular material (8), especially roast ground coffee, is placed in the body (2) on the filter sheet (7). The second sheet (9) of filter material is applied to a top outer edge of said body (2). In use, the pressure of the fluid injected into the capsule (1) deforms the first filter sheet (7) in such a way that it moves towards the bottom wall (2f) through the interspaces (5) between the spokes (4), while defining, along the opposite edges of each spoke (4), respective essentially radial channels or passages (10) for the drink to flow towards the openings (6) in the bottom wall (2f).
L'invention porte sur une capsule (1), qui comprend un corps de tasse (2), avec une paroi inférieure (2f) sur laquelle se trouve une structure de séparation (3) avec une pluralité de rayons (4), entre lesquels sont définis des espaces intermédiaires correspondants (5). La paroi inférieure (2f) comprend, dans sa partie centrale, une pluralité d'ouvertures de sortie de boisson (6) qui ne sont pas alignées avec les rayons (4). Une première feuille de filtre (7) est disposée sur la structure de séparation (3) de telle sorte qu'une pluralité de chambres d'infusion sont définies entre la première feuille de filtre (7), la structure à rayons (3) et la paroi inférieure (2f). Une quantité de matériau granuleux ou en poudre (8), en particulier du café en grains torréfié, est disposée dans le corps (2) sur la feuille de filtre (7). La seconde feuille (9) de matériau de filtre est appliquée sur un bord externe supérieur dudit corps (2). Lors de l'utilisation, la pression du fluide injecté dans la capsule (1) déforme la première feuille de filtre (7) de telle sorte qu'elle se déplace vers la paroi inférieure (2f) à travers les espaces intermédiaires (5) entre les rayons (4), tout en définissant, le long des bords opposés de chaque rayon (4), des canaux ou passages essentiellement radiaux respectifs (10) pour que la boisson s'écoule vers les ouvertures (6) dans la paroi inférieure (2f).
