The invention concerns novel substituted N-benzo(thia/oxa)zines-2-yl-1-arylalkyloxyalkyl-4-piperidinamine, their preparation and their therapeutic use. The invention concerns compounds of formula (I) wherein: X represents an oxygen or sulphur atom; Y represents either an alkylene radical, branched or not and containing 2 to 6 carbon atoms or a CH¿2?-CH(OH)-CH¿2?- radical; R represents a hydrogen, an alkyl radical, branched or not and containing 1 to 7 carbon atoms; R¿1? to R¿6?, identical or different, represent a hydrogen, a saturated or unsaturated alkyl, branched or not and containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a saturated or unsaturated alkyloxy, branched or not and containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a halogeno, nitro, hydroxy, acyl or acyloxy group comprising 2 to 3 carbon atoms, an alkylamino group containing 1 to 5 carbon atoms, a trifluoro methyl or trifluoro methoxyl group; n is an integer ranging from 1 to 6 inclusively; and their pure enantiomers or their mixtures, the therapeutically acceptable mineral and organic salts of the compounds of formula (I) and their possible hydrates.
L'invention concerne de nouvelles N-benzo(thia/oxa)zines-2-yl-1- arylalcoyloxyalkyl-4-pipéridinamine substituées, leur préparation et leur utilisation en thérapeutique. Ces composés répondent à la formule (I): dans laquelle: X représente un atome d'oxygène ou de soufre, Y représente soit: un radical alcoylène, ramifié ou non renfermant de 2 à 6 atomes de carbone, un radical - CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-, R représente: un hydrogène, un radical alcoyle saturé ou non, ramifié ou non comportant de 1 à 7 atomes de carbone, R1 à R6 égaux ou différents représentent un hydrogène, un alcoyle ramifié ou non, saturé ou non renfermant de 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, un alcoyloxy ramifié ou non saturé ou non renfermant de 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, un groupement halogéno, nitro, hydroxy, acyle ou acyloxy comportant de 2 à 3 atomes de carbone, un groupement d'alcoylamino renfermant de 1 à 5 atomes de carbone, un groupement trifluoro méthyle ou trifluoro méthoxyle, n est un nombre entier pouvant varier de 1 à 6 inclus ainsi que leurs énantiomères purs ou leurs mélanges, et les sels minéraux ou organiques thérapeutiquement acceptables des composés de formule (I) et leurs hydrates éventuels.
