The present invention provides a control device for a paper machine. With this device, even if a retention control and a paper ash content control are performed using a short control period, it is possible to avoid problems such as hunting resulting from mutual interaction between the controls using a simple and inexpensive configuration. As a result, the retention and the ratio of paper ash content can be precisely controlled. Thus, in a paper machine (1), the present invention uses an automatic control system (3) to control retention and the ratio of paper ash content at least in a wet part (2a). The automatic control system (3) includes a feedback control loop for automatically controlling the retention, a feedback control loop for automatically controlling the ratio of paper ash content, and a decoupling control section (30) incorporated between the feedback control loops to cancel adverse effects of mutual interaction between the loops.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande de machine à papier qui permet de prévenir, par une configuration simple et peu coûteuse, des problèmes tels que les interférences mutuelles entre une commande de rétention et une commande de teneur en cendres du papier, même si ces commandes sont mises en oeuvre à une courte fréquence de commande dans une machine à papier ; et de régler avec une bonne précision la rétention et la teneur en cendres du papier. La rétention et la teneur en cendres sont réglées, au moins dans la partie humide (2a), par un système (3) de commande automatique de machine à papier (1). Ce système (3) comprend une boucle d'asservissement qui commande automatiquement la rétention, une boucle d'asservissement qui commande automatiquement la teneur en cendres du papier, et une unité (30) de commande de non-interférence intégrée entre les boucles d'asservissement, qui supprime les effets d'interférence mutuelle entre celles-ci.
