An applicator assembly for applying an active substance to the root zone of a plurality of plants, the applicator assembly comprising: a subsoil applicator having a cutting element for generating an incision in the ground, an injector associated with the cutting element to allow the active substance to be injected into the incision; and a positioning device adapted to allow the position of the cutting element to change position such that an incision is generated in some material in the root zone while the cutting element moves over other material in the root zone.
La présente invention a trait à un ensemble épandeur permettant l'épandage d'une substance active au niveau de la zone racinaire d'une pluralité de plantes, l'ensemble épandeur comprenant : un épandeur souterrain comportant un élément tranchant permettant de pratiquer une incision dans le sol, un injecteur associé à l'élément tranchant et permettant l'injection de la substance active dans l'incision; et un dispositif de positionnement permettant à l'élément tranchant de changer de position de façon à ce qu'une incision soit pratiquée dans un matériau de la zone racinaire pendant que l'élément tranchant se déplace par-dessus d'autres matériaux de la zone racinaire.
