- 26 - A B S T R A C T A business form 10 includes a planar carrier 12 having a card 14 demarcated therein and a window 18 defined in the carrier 12 adjacent the card 14. A planar element 20 of a synthetic plastics material is laminated to the carrier 12 in register with the card 14 and the window 18 so that a part 20.1 of the element 20 is arranged within the window 18. A coating of adhesive material is carried by at least that part 20.1 of the element 20 in the window 18 so that, upon removal of the card 14 and that part 20.1 of the element 20 in the window 18, said part 20.1 of the element 20 can be folded over onto the card 14 and adhesively secured to the card 14 to form an arrangement where both surfaces of the card 14 are covered by the plastics material.
