We will encase corn seeds in a mixture (powdered and mixed) with a blend nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium (and possibly bone meal; also plant hormones; also potash) that (can be brushed or sprayed or tumbled in porous tumbling cylinder or mixed in vats or dippedGP) on layer by layer so that the fertilizer sticks and remains dried on layer by layer but not wet enough to trigger the seeds to germinate. Then when the encased seeds watered and kept in a wet environment, they germinate and are supplied with melted fertilizer. We could use this invention for all biofuels plants and all crops.
