ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Disclosed is a cleaning composition which comprises cold pressed citrus oil, an alkali metal carbonate and/or bicarbonate, an emulsifier/surfactant system, ethanol and propylene glycol. The composition is highly effective as a cleaner, especially for hard surfaces, and is sufficiently non-toxic to render it useful for cleaning surfaces used for food preparation without the necessity of rinsing.
