The invention relates to a cartridge thermostatic mixing valve, secured by a ring within a standard tap body, divided into a first upper subassembly made up of the members for transmitting the temperature adjustment (1-10) and a second lower subassembly including the members for transmitting the flow rate adjustment and the valve group which carries out said adjustment (11, 12, 17-24). The first subassembly is removable in an assembled state from the cartridge without acting on the second subassembly which is retained in its position by the ring, so as to remove the member of the thermostatic device for the cleaning of the mixing chamber without requiring to cut off the water upstream from the tap. The cartridge has a simplified structure with a small number of pieces, with the temperature and flow rate controls which are completely independent of each other and consist of a temperature adjustment knob and a flow rate adjustment lever which is rotatable between the knob and the tap body.

L'invention concerne un mitigeur thermostatique à cartouche, fixé à l'aide d'une bague dans un corps de robinet standard, et divisé en un premier sous-ensemble supérieur, composé des éléments de transmission du réglage de la température (1-10) et en un second sous-ensemble comprenant les éléments de transmission du réglage du débit et le groupe de soupapes assurant ce réglage (11, 12, 17-24). Il est possible d'enlever de la cartouche le premier sous-ensemble, à l'état assemblé, sans agir sur le second sous-ensemble, lequel est maintenu en position grâce à la bague; ainsi, il est possible d'enlever l'élément du dispositif thermostatique, aux fins de nettoyage de la chambre de mélange, sans qu'il soit nécessaire de couper l'eau en amont du robinet. La cartouche présente une structure simplifiée avec un petit nombre de pièces, et les commandes de température et de débit sont complètement indépendantes l'une de l'autre et consistent en un bouton de réglage de la température et en un levier de réglage du débit, lequel peut pivoter entre le bouton de réglage et le corps du robinet.
