A material deposition sensor includes a heater (24) and a temperature sensor (30) separated from one another. In operation, the sensor is disposed within a deposition chamber, and material is deposited onto the sensor. When a particular material thickness is deposited, a direct thermally conductive path is created between the heater and temperature sensor, and heat from the heater conducts directly to the temperature sensor. By predetermining a deposition thickness necessary to create the direct thermally conductive path, the deposition thickness can be controlled and/or predicted.
L'invention concerne un capteur de dépôt de matériau comprenant un élément de chauffage (24) et un capteur de température (30) séparés l'un de l'autre. Pendant le fonctionnement, le capteur est disposé dans une chambre de dépôt et un matériau est déposé sur le capteur. Quand une épaisseur du matériau spécifique est déposée, un chemin thermiquement conducteur direct est créé entre l'élément de chauffage et le capteur de température et de la chaleur provenant de l'élément de chauffage circule directement vers le capteur de température.
