A percutaneously absorbable preparation containing as the active ingredient a PGI2 derivative excellent in skin penetration and a fatty acid, in particular, a percutaneously absorbable preparation excellent in skin penetration and containing a 5,6,7-trinor-4,8-inter-m-phenylene PGI2 derivative and one or more members selected from among C6-C24 fatty acids and their salts and esters. The preparation is suggestive of persistence of the drug efficacy and reduction in the side effects and so is promising as a remedy for various diseases in the form of pharmaceutical preparation for topical and systemic administrations.
Préparation absorbable par voie percutanée contenant, en tant que constituant actif, un dérivé de PGI¿2? présentant une excellente pénétration de la peau, et un acide gras, notamment une préparation absorbable par voie percutanée, présentant une excellente pénétration de la peau et contenant un dérivé 5,6,7-trinor-4,8-inter-m-phenylène de PGI¿2?, ainsi qu'un ou plusieurs éléments choisis parmi des acides gras C¿6?-C¿24? ainsi que leurs sels et esters. La préparation indique une persistance de l'efficacité du médicament et une réduction des effets secondaires, elle constitue de ce fait un remède prometteur contre diverses maladies sous la forme d'une préparation pharmaceutique destinée à des administrations locales et par voie générale.
