ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A collapsible metal reel having a pair of end flanges with a plurality of mounting brackets spaced radially inwardly from the outer periphery thereof and spaced circumferentially from each other, and a central hub having mounting brackets at opposite ends thereof for mating with the mounting brackets on the end flanges, the mating pairs of the mounting brackets being attachable to, and detachable from, each other by removable connecting bolts.
