The invention relates to a method for the collective production of a protection device, including the steps of forming a plurality of cells (11) in a carrier strip (10), filling the cells with an uncrosslinked compound (20), crosslinking the compound (20) in order to obtain modules (21) of a viscoelastic gel in the cells, depositing an adhesive substance on each module, and depositing a fabric layer onto the carrier strip in order to obtain a final composite strip in which the viscoelastic gel modules in the cells are glued to the fabric strip by the adhesive substance. The invention can particularly be used for producing a protection device for an area of the human body.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication collective d'un dispositif de protection, comprenant des étapes consistant former une pluralité d'alvéoles (11) dans une bande support (10), remplir les alvéoles avec un composé non réticulé (20), réticuler le composé (20) pour obtenir des modules (21) en gel viscoélastique dans les alvéoles, déposer sur chaque module une substance adhésive, et déposer une bande de tissu sur la bande support pour obtenir une bande composée finale dans laquelle les modules en gel viscoélastique présents dans les alvéoles sont collés à la bande de tissu par la substance adhésive. Application notamment à la fabrication d'un dispositif de protection d'une zone du corps humain.
