The present invention relates to a method for the ~in situ~ manufacture, in a pressurised CO2 environment, of coated particles. The manufacturing method is characterised in that the steps of synthesising the particles and coating these particles are coupled so that the synthesised particles remain dispersed in a pressurised CO2 environment at least until the coating. The device comprises a reactor for synthesising particles in a pressurised CO2 environment; a means of injecting the coating material and its precursor into said reactor; a means of feeding said reactor with a pressurised CO2 environment, in which the means of injecting the coating material or its precursor is coupled to the synthesis reactor so that the injection of the coating material or its precursor into said reactor does not suppress the dispersion in the pressurised CO2 environment of the particles in said reactor.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant la fabrication = in-situ =, en milieu CO<SUB>2</SUB> pressurisé, de particules enrobées. Le procédé de fabrication se caractérise en ce que les étapes de synthèse des particules et d'enrobage de ces paticules sont couplées de telle manière que les particules synthétisées restent dispersées en milieu CO<SUB>2</SUB> pressurisé au moins jusqu'à l'enrobage. Le dispositif comprend un réacteur de synthèse de particules en milieu CO<SUB>2</SUB> pressurisé; un moyen d'injection du matériau d'enrobage ou de son précurseur dans ledit réacteur; un moyen d'approvisionnement dudit réacteur en milieu CO<SUB>2</SUB> pressurisé; dans lequel le moyen d'injection du matériau d'enrobage ou de son précurseur est couplé au réacteur de synthèse de manière à ce que l'injection du matériau d'enrobage ou de son précurseur dans ledit réacteur ne supprime pas la dispersion en milieu CO<SUB>2</SUB> pressurisé des particules dans ledit réacteur.
