The invention relates to an electrochemical method for producing metal hydroxides and/or metal oxide hydroxides from metal ions and hydroxide ions, as well as a device for implementing the method. The metal hydroxide and/or metal oxide hydroxide is formed in a chamber K bordered on the cathode side by a bipolar membrane, and the necessary hydroxide ions are formed by means of the bipolar membrane whose anion-selective coating is arranged on the anode side. The metal ions are supplied to or formed in chamber K at a pH of > 7 in the presence of an agent in chamber K which complexes the metal ions. The device for implementing the method possesses a cylindrical section with two electrodes, which is adjoined by a conical section.
L'invention concerne un procédé électrochimique destiné à la production d'hydroxydes métalliques et/ou d'hydroxydes d'oxydes métalliques à partir d'ions métalliques et d'ions hydroxyde, ainsi qu'un dispositif permettant d'appliquer ce procédé. L'hydroxyde métallique et/ou l'hydroxyde d'oxyde métallique est formé dans une chambre (K) délimitée côté cathode par une membrane bipolaire. Les ions hydroxyde nécessaires sont obtenus au moyen de la membrane bipolaire dont la couche anionique se trouve du côté anode. Les ions métalliques sont soit acheminés dans la chambre (K) en présence d'un agent complexant les ions métalliques, et se trouvant dans la chambre (K), avec un pH inférieur à 7, soit formés dans la chambre (K). Le dispositif permettant d'appliquer le procédé présente une tête cylindrique à deux électrodes, se prolongeant par un élément en forme de cône.
