A process and device are disclosed for filling containers with viscocity-dependent doses of free-flowing media. The object of the invention is to develop a process that allows free-flowing media in containers to be dosed in a time-controlled manner by filling machines. For that purpose, the filling medium is moved by the filling pump flows in a stream past a flow sensor and its speed of flow is measured and supplied to a regulator in which a set value is stored. The set value is then compared with the real value measured by the flow sensor. In order to make the real value match the set value, the feeding capacity of a filling pump is modified until the speed of flow real and set values match each other. The stream of filling medium reaches then at this accurately determined speed of flow a start sensor arranged at the outlet of the filling pipe and activates said sensor when flowing through its sensor path. The start sensor is connected to a counter that counts time cycles during a time interval and thus makes it possible to control the volume to be filled as a function of time.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif permettant de remplir des contenants avec des substances coulantes dosées en fonction de leur viscosité. L'invention vise à développer un procédé pour machines de remplissage, permettant de doser des substances coulantes dans des contenants à des intervalles de temps précis. A cet effet, la substance de remplissage, refoulée par la pompe de remplissage (5) passe dans un flux devant un détecteur de flux (11, 12). La vitesse d'écoulement de cette substance est mesurée puis transmise à un organe de régulation (15) dans lequel est stockée une valeur prescrite qui est ensuite comparée avec la valeur réelle mesurée par le détecteur de flux. En faisant varier le débit d'une pompe jusqu'à ce que la valeur réelle et la valeur prescrite de la vitesse d'écoulement correspondent, on peut aligner la valeur réelle sur la valeur de consigne. Le flux de remplissage de la substance parvient, avec cette vitesse d'écoulement déterminée avec précision, à un détecteur de déclenchement (10) situé au niveau d'une ouverture de sortie du tuyau de remplissage, et active ce détecteur en traversant sa zone de détection. Le détecteur de déclenchement est relié à un compteur qui compte les cycles dans un intervalle de temps et permet ainsi de commander le volume à remplir en fonction du temps.
