La présente invention concerne un nouveau procédé de préparation d'oxazoles trisubstitués de formule (II): (voir Figure I) par réaction de thiourée sur la dicétone-ester correspondante. Ce procédé a l'avantage de pouvoir être effectué à partir de produits de départs facilement synthétisables ou déjà disponibles commercialement. De plus, il ne nécessite pas d'appareillage spécifique et peut être effectué dans des conditions expérimentales, de pH notamment, plus favorables industriellement.
