A method of playing a Poker game between a Dealer and at least one player including providing at least one deck of cards, requiring players to ante, then dealing cards to players and the Dealer, the Dealer receiving two Poker hands and each player receiving one Poker hand, causing each player to make a bet or not, evaluating all hands using standard hand rankings of Poker, determining the player as the winner if his hand is ranked higher than both dealer hands, and the dealer as the winner if either dealer hand is ranked higher than the player hand. Common cards may be used to achieve the value of the hands. An optional bet is won by a player when his hand value meets requirements specified in a pay table and is higher than a hand value using only the common cards and none of the unique player hand cards.
