The invention provides a miniaturized and cost effective product having improved air purification aspects along with extended life expectancy of its components. The invention consists of a cabinet box containing an electronic air filter, HEPA filter, ultra violet lamp and compensator booster fan that filters and purifies the air flow passing thru it. Another invention uniqueness is that it utilizes a air by-pass strategy that treats selected portions of the total air flow namely. The electronic air purifier treats 100% of the air flow thru the box, while the HEPA filter is positioned to treat up to 50% of the air flow and the ultra violet lamp is positioned to treat up to 50%. The invention has an air flow booster fan to compensate for the increased air flow resistance of its components. The invention extends the life span of its components up to three times longer and partially relies upon successive air flow cycles to fully treat the air being re circulated within the air flow system.
