La présente demande concerne de nouveaux composés appartenant à la famille des benzylaminodiacétamides, qui possèdent de bonnes propriétés anti-irritantes et apaisantes. Les composés de l'invention répondent à la formule (I) présentée ci-dessous dans laquelle R1 et R2 identiques ou différents sont choisis parmi l'hydrogène et les radicaux CH3, CF3, OCH3 et OH; et Z1 est choisi parmi les radicaux NX1X2 et OX1, et Z2 est choisi parmi les radicaux NX3X4 et OX3. L'invention concerne également leur utilisation dans une composition comprenant un milieu physiologiquement acceptable, notamment pour prévenir et/ou traiter certains désordres cutanés et plus particulièrement pour traiter les peux sensibles.
