A device (1) for feeding web material through a processing installation comprises a conveyor belt (28) which has a first segment (30) and a second segment (32). An opening roller and a guiding surface are adapted for unfolding the conveyor belt (28) by means of separating the first and second segments (30, 32). A spreader roll (12) is adapted to keep the conveyor belt (28) unfolded while a tail (58) of said web material is placed on said first segment (30). A folding roll (26) is adapted for folding said second segment (32) over said first segment (30) for to enclose the tail (58) in the conveyor belt (28). The spreader roll (12) comprises a first roll portion, a second roll portion and a circumferential guiding track separating the roll portions. The first roll portion, which is adapted for supporting said first segment (30), has a cylindrical outer surface (16).
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) permettant d'adresser une matière en nappe à travers une installation de traitement et comprend une courroie transporteuse (28) munie d'un premier segment (30) et d'un second segment (32). Un rouleau d'ouverture et une surface de guidage sont adaptés pour déplier la courroie transporteuse (28) au moyen de la séparation du premier et de second segment (30, 32). Un rouleau d'étalement (12) est adapté pour maintenir la courroie transporteuse (28) dépliée alors qu'une partie arrière (58) de la matière en nappe est placée sur le premier segment (30). Un rouleau de pliage (26) est adapté pour plier le second segment (32) sur le premier segment (30), enfermant ainsi la partie arrière (58) dans la courroie transporteuse (28). Le rouleau d'étalement (12) comprend une première partie de roulement, une seconde partie de roulement et une voie de guidage périphérique séparant les parties de roulement. La première partie de roulement est adaptée pour supporter le premier segment (30) et présente une surface externe cylindrique (16).
