Pure water production by electric deionization and pure water production by ion exchange are performed by using an electric deionization apparatus. A pure water producing apparatus is provided with an electric deionization apparatus wherein a concentration/cathode chamber (35), a desalting chamber (37) and an anode side concentration chamber (40) are provided by arranging ion exchanging membranes (33', 34, 33) between an anode (32) and a cathode (31), and each chamber is filled with an ion exchange resin. Water to be treated is supplied into the concentration chamber (40) in a state where power distribution is controlled to be stopped or to be at a current density of 1,000mA/dm2 or less, and ions are exchanged by the ion exchange resin (38, 39) in the concentration chamber (40), and pure water is permitted to flow out from the concentration chamber.
L'invention concerne une production d'eau pure par déionisation électrique et une production d'eau pure par échange d'ions, lesquelles productions sont effectuées à l'aide d'un appareil de déionisation électrique. Un appareil de production d'eau pure comporte un appareil de déionisation électrique dans lequel une chambre de concentration/de cathode (35), une chambre de dessalage (37) et une chambre de concentration côté anode (40) sont disposées par agencement de membranes échangeuses d'ions (33', 34, 33) entre une anode (32) et une cathode (31), et chaque chambre est remplie d'une résine échangeuse d'ions. De l'eau devant être traitée est distribuée dans la chambre de concentration (40) dans un état où une distribution d'énergie est commandée pour être arrêtée ou pour être à une densité de courant de 1000 mA/dm~ ou moins, et des ions sont échangés par la résine échangeuse d'ions (38, 39) dans la chambre de concentration (40), et l'eau pure est autorisée à s'écouler hors de la chambre de concentration.
