The invention concerns compounds of formula (I) in which: X, Y represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a hydroxy, mercapto, cyano, nitro, alkyl, alkoxy, trihalogenoalkyl, amino group optionally substituted, methylenedioxy or ethylenedioxy; R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylcarbonyloxy, amino group optionally substituted; R3, R4 represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group; A represents a -CH=CH- group or a -CH(R5)-CH(R6)- group in which R5 and R6 are as defined in the description. The novel compounds have antitumoral properties which make them particularly adapted to be used for treating cancers and in particular solid tumours.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux composés répondant à la formule (I): (see formula I) dans laquelle X et Y, identiques ou différents, représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou d'halogène, ou un groupement hydroxy, mercapto, cyano, nitro, alkyle, alkoxy, trihalogénoalkyle ou amino, ou bien X et Y forment ensemble un groupement méthylènedioxy ou éthylènedioxy; R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement alkyle; R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement hydroxy, alkyle, alkoxy, alkylcarbonyloxy ou amino; R3 et R4, identiques ou différents, représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement alkyle; et A représente un groupement -CH=CH- ou un groupement -CH(R5)-CH(R6)- dans lequel R5 et R6 représentent un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupement hydroxy, alkoxy, alkylcarbonyloxy, arylcarbonyloxy, amino, mercapto, alkylthio ou arylthio, ou R5 et R6 forment ensemble un groupement dans lesquels Z représente un atome Image d'oxygène ou de soufre, un groupement -O-(CH2)n-O- dans lequel n est un entier compris entre 1 et 4 inclus, un groupement ou un groupement Image Image lesquels B' représente une liaison simple, un groupement alkylène ou alkénylène ou bien R5 63 et R6 forment ensemble avec les atomes de carbone qui les portent, un groupement oxirane ou aziridine; leurs isomères, N-oxydes, ainsi que leurs sels d'addition à un acide ou à une base pharmaceutiquement acceptable. Les composés selon l'invention sont utiles à titre de médicaments dans le traitement du cancer.
