The invention is a process for preparing a cyclododecanone oxime through photonitrosation of the cyclododecane in the presence of hydrochloric acid. The process is characterized by the fact that the nitrosating agent is trichloronitrosomethane. This invention using trichloronitrosomethane maintains the benefits of photonitrosation while improving selectivity by preventing the formation of chlorine-containing byproducts.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation de l'oxime de la cyclododécanone, par photonitrosation de cyclododécane en présence d'acide chlorhydrique, caractérisé en ce que l'agent nitrosant est le trichloronitrosométhane. La présente invention qui utilise comme agent nitrosant, le trichloronitrosométhane permet, tout en gardant les avantages liés à la photonitrosation, d'améliorer la sélectivité en prévenant la formation de sous-produits chlorés, précités.
