Disclosed are methods of producing an emulsion comprising determining a desired final pH of the emulsion, mixing an oil, surfactant, stabilizer, and a water-insoluble pharmaceutical, adjusting the pH of the mixture, and homogenizing the mixture, such that the starting pH of the mixture, the rotation speed of the homogenizer, and the temperature at which the homogenization is carried out are adjusted to give the desired pH.
L'invention concerne des procédés de production d'une émulsion, consistant à déterminer un pH final voulu de l'émulsion, à mélanger une huile, un tensioactif, un stabilisant et une substance pharmaceutique insoluble dans l'eau, à ajuster le pH du mélange, puis à homogénéiser ledit mélange de telle sorte que le pH de départ du mélange, la vitesse de rotation de l'homogénéisateur et la température à laquelle a lieu l'homogénéisation soient réglés de façon à ce que le pH voulu soit obtenu.
