The invention concerns a method for the continuous preparation of paper pulp from a raw material consisting of lignocellulose textile fibres, consisting in cutting the textile fibres, separating the textile fibres from foreign bodies, carrying out a continuous pre-washing, bleaching the textile fibres in a first treating machine (10) to obtain a first pre-bleached pulp, continuing the bleaching in a first capacity of latency (41), continuously washing and bleaching the pulp in a second treating machine (50), continuing the bleaching in a second capacity of latency (84), diluting the pulp in a first dilution tank (85), dewatering and pressing the pulp and diluting the pulp in a second dilution tank (94). The invention also concerns an installation for implementing the method.
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation en continu d'une pâte à papier à partir d'une matière première constituée par des fibres textiles lignocellulosiques. Le procédé consiste à couper les fibres textiles, à séparer les fibres textiles des corps étrangers, à effectuer de manière continue un prélessivage, un blanchiment des fibres textiles dans une première machine de traitement (10) pour obtenir une pâte préblanchie, à poursuivre le blanchiment dans une première capacité de latence (41), à effectuer de manière continue un lavage et un blanchiment de la pâte dans une seconde machine de traitement (50), à poursuivre le blanchiment dans une seconde capacité de latence (84), à diluer la pâte dans un premier bac de dilution (85), à réaliser un égouttage et un pressage de la pâte et à diluer la pâte dans un second bac de dilution (94). L'invention a également pour objet une installation pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
